Advert description
I bring formal training in composition, colour theory, and visual thinking from my architecture degree at UCL’s Bartlett School, alongside hands-on creative experience across painting, styling, and textile work, including a university project repurposing old clothes through crochet. I’ve also taught before, which means I’m comfortable breaking ideas down clearly and adjusting my approach depending on how each person learns best.
When I teach, I like to start with the fundamentals - observation, composition, and colour - so students build a solid base before moving on. From there, I encourage experimentation and give honest, constructive feedback, helping each student develop their own style and confidence at a pace that suits them, whether they’re complete beginners or already have some experience.
