I will teach by creating a supportive, engaging and structured learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and making mistakes. I will first identify the student’s current understanding and any areas they find difficult, then adapt my lessons to suit their individual needs and learning style. I will explain concepts clearly, break difficult topics into manageable steps and use worked examples before allowing students to practise independently. I will regularly check understanding through questions and short exercises, providing constructive feedback and correcting misunderstandings as they arise. I will also encourage students to develop effective revision, problem-solving and exam techniques, helping them become more confident and independent learners. My aim is not simply to give students answers, but to help them understand the reasoning behind them so they can apply their knowledge to new questions.
