Applying for a job as An Engkish tutor

First, I will need to see the student's level, what are her/his strengths and weaknesses, maybe I'll do run some reading and a small check to understand carefully, also checking their homework and where is the class at regarding subjects and learning materials. After that, we will have to start study hard in order to minimize the gap :)
