Hi, I’m Babz! I’m a passionate, qualified teacher from London with a warm, nurturing approach and a genuine love for helping children grow. With a Primary PGCE, QTS, and a Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification, I bring a well-rounded foundation in education, from nursery through to primary school.

Over the past seven years (including three in nursery settings), I’ve gained hands-on experience in classrooms—most recently at an Outstanding-rated school in London. Many of the children I worked with had English as an additional language, and I used inclusive, creative strategies to help every child feel confident, included, and able to thrive alongside their peers.

I teach phonics, English, maths, science, and all foundation subjects with confidence and care. But beyond academics, I’m especially passionate about helping children build self-confidence, emotional resilience, and a strong belief in themselves. I truly believe that limiting beliefs are one of the biggest blocks to learning—and with the right support, every child can flourish.

I’m known for being patient, kind, and attentive—creating a safe, supportive space where children feel comfortable asking questions and expressing themselves. My lessons are fun, creative, and designed to spark curiosity while building strong foundations.

I keep in close contact with parents and carers, so you’ll always feel informed and supported throughout your child’s learning journey. I also adapt my teaching to suit your child’s unique learning style, needs, and pace—no one-size-fits-all here!
