I create a safe, open environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, sharing ideas and exploring challenges without fear of getting things wrong. I’m naturally curious about what motivates people, so I use thoughtful questions to help students think more deeply, challenge their assumptions and discover their own answers. Alongside this, I bring practical entrepreneurial experience, real-world examples and constructive challenge , helping students build confidence, emotional intelligence, leadership and communication skills they can apply beyond the classroom.
