I’m passionate for teaching and developing Mandarin speaking for children, adults and professionals.

As a native Mandarin speaker fluent in English, I bring extensive client-facing and customer service experience from healthcare and luxury retail, working daily with people of different ages, cultures and backgrounds. These roles have developed my cross-cultural communication, active listening and ability to engage proactively, explain things clearly and respond patiently to individual needs. I would teach Mandarin through stories, songs, games and everyday conversation, adapting activities to each child’s age, interests and learning pace. I would also support homework and encourage participation, helping children feel comfortable, engaged and confident.
