Online Leadership Skills Coaching for Adults: Build Confidence and Achieve Your Potential

I am particularly interested in helping young people recognise their capabilities, develop confidence and motivation, and build the practical skills they need to achieve their potential, both academically and beyond. I have previously worked with adults and students at Gordano School in North Somerset, providing one-to-one coaching to help them address challenges including confidence, motivation, academic pressures, decision-making and future planning. This experience reinforced my belief that students often benefit enormously from having an independent, supportive professional who can help them step outside their immediate concerns, recognise what’s holding them back and identify practical ways forward.
