Mathematics tutoring for Key Stage 1 to GCSE students with a supportive and tailored approach

Hi! I'm a Mathematics graduate from Loughborough University with First Class Honours, and I have over five years of experience tutoring GCSE and A-Level Mathematics, both privately and with a tuition company. My approach is patient, supportive and structured. I understand that Maths can sometimes feel overwhelming, so I break difficult topics down into manageable steps, explain concepts in clear, simple language and work through exam-style questions with you until you feel confident tackling them independently. Every student learns differently, so I tailor my lessons to your individual needs, exam board, current ability and target grade. Whether you're struggling with the fundamentals, aiming to improve your exam technique or pushing for the highest grades, we'll focus on the areas that will make the biggest difference to your progress. I've worked with around 10–15 students and have helped several students who were previously failing GCSE Maths achieve the grade C they needed to progress. Seeing students develop their understanding and confidence is one of the most rewarding parts of tutoring for me. In our lessons, you can expect a friendly, encouraging environment where there are no silly questions. We'll identify your weaker areas, practise together, review mistakes and build your skills step by step.
