Engaging Online English Lessons for All Ages with a 15-Year Experienced Teacher

I have more than 15 years of experience teaching English to students from a wide range of ages, nationalities, and proficiency levels, both independently and through language schools and corporate programs. Throughout my teaching career, I have worked with children, teenagers, university students, and professionals, including executives and employees of international companies. I am experienced in adapting lessons to different learning styles, goals, personalities, and levels, while creating a relaxed and supportive environment where students feel comfortable speaking and making mistakes. One of my greatest strengths as a teacher is building rapport with students. I quickly establish trust, make students feel listened to, and use conversation and humor to create engaging lessons. At the same time, I am comfortable identifying weaknesses and focusing lessons on the specific areas a student needs to improve, whether that involves grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, fluency, or confidence. I have also developed extensive experience working online and managing my own teaching business, including scheduling, communication with students and families, lesson planning, curriculum development, and maintaining long-term client relationships. This has made me highly organised, reliable, and comfortable working independently. In addition to English, I speak Spanish fluently and have extensive experience working with international students from different cultural backgrounds. I am confident using online teaching platforms and digital tools and enjoy finding creative ways to make online lessons interactive and effective. I would welcome the opportunity to bring my experience, enthusiasm, and student-focused approach to your team. Thank you for considering my application. I would be happy to discuss my experience and teaching approach further. Kind regards, Yoram Alhadeff
