Learning is much easier when you feel comfortable enough to ask questions, make mistakes and admit when something makes absolutely no sense. That’s the environment I create. I am a learning and development consultant and communication coach, specialising in public speaking, pitching, interview skills, storytelling and confidence. I have coached over 6000 clients in boardrooms, universities and everywhere in between. We’ll start by working out where you are now, what you want to improve and what’s getting in the way. From there, I’ll build our sessions around you. Completely. I won’t spend an hour talking at you. Expect questions, discussion, practical exercises and plenty of opportunities to try things for yourself. If one explanation doesn’t click, we’ll find another way of looking at it. I work with all levels of client, from CEOs to students. Most importantly, there’s no judgement. You don’t need to impress me or pretend you understand something when you don’t. My aim is that you leave each session with three things: a clearer understanding, a practical next step and a little more confidence than when we started.
