I believe in a learning that provokes questions and curiosities in students which ultimately leads us to an effective discussion. This way they would remember the lessons better because they understand things on their own without being spoonfed. This not only improves their subject knowledge but also their critical thinking, communication, social interaction skills, etc while they get a platform of diverse ideas and learns to respect and accept differences as well. I personally like to participate in a teaching method which is discussion based than a boring lecture which makes me want to provide the same to my students.
