With 30 years teaching and training experience backed by a Modern Languages PGCE and a CTEFLA I tailor my classes to individual needs. My approach is learner led and I use coaching techniques to build confidence and encourage learners to make their own connections and find strategies which will work best for them personally I'm used to working 1:1 and in groups. Each class has clear aims and I use a variety of teaching methods covering all four skill areas. I aim to make my classes fun and engaging by adapting my approach for different learners and learning styles. Pace is important and I encourage learners to be active in the process.
