Fun and Creative Art and Design Course, Aged 4 -17

Hi, I’m Bella.

I believe art and design education can inspire children and teenagers to express their ideas and feelings creatively through various art elements, materials, and creative approaches. I want to be the inspirational art and design teacher who not only encourages children to express their ideas and feelings creatively and confidently but also uses art and design to discover their talents and interests to prepare for their future.

I’m an educator and artist based in London with ten+ years of experience in the art and design field. I have studied art and design in different countries – the United Kingdom, the United States, and Hong Kong, which led me to gain a wide range of art and design knowledge and techniques.

As an art educator, I have developed and acquired a wide range of skills in creative teaching methods through my 5+ years of teaching art and design experience which students and parents find my lessons full of joy yet challenging!​

With the experience I acquired, I designed 3 courses that are for children and teenagers, more information is below.

1) Fun and Creative Drawing and Painting Course, aged 4 – 17.
The course is designed to build artistic skills and let creativity flourish. From the fundamentals of drawing and color, to composition, painting, and experimenting with style. Your child will study and explore a variety of creative media and subject matters with personal feedback. This course is structured into four levels: preschool, junior, intermediate, and senior. It is delivered as an ongoing weekly course. The lesson is tailor-made to the interests and needs of your child mainly focusing on expanding his/her creativity, and imagination.

2) Fun and Creative Design and Crafts Course, aged 7 -17
The course is designed to explore design principles and practices in paper craft, clay modeling, and printmaking to cover design theory and creative problem-solving. From understanding key design principles such as balance, contrast, and hierarchy. The course is structured into four levels: junior, intermediate, and senior. It is delivered as an ongoing weekly course.

3) Portfolio Preparation course for GCSE & A Level, aged 13 - 17
In this tailor-made Portfolio-preparation course, your child will build his/her own body of work, from research, idea development, and thinking processes, to the final piece of art that helps
