Every student needs a personalized guidance and my approach is to understand the pedagogy that suits a child and impart knowledge accordingly. Additionally, I conduct regular assessments and quizzes to check up on their progress and disconnects, if any. Having said that, I believe in a conversational style of teaching where a student doesn't feel like they are studying. Instead, they should feel they are learning. This sort of engagement opens up doors for genuine absorption of content and the follow-up questioning rounds I hold after classes reflect their newfound interest in the subjects.
