Guiding youth and adults into bettering their photography skills

I have a 2:1 film degree and extensive experience in both videography and photography. I have freelanced in both areas and worked for several industry organisations. I currently work for a youth and community organisation where I have been in schools running photography/videography workshops and projects. I have created and run several extensive community photography projects for adults, taking them on photography walks, teaching and guiding when needed, and curated exhibitions for each project. I have also done the same with youth groups.
