With over six years of photography experience, I bring both technical knowledge and a deep passion for creative exploration to my role as a photography tutor. I began my journey as a hobbyist, gradually turning my interest into a profession through portrait work for a small company. Since then, I have expanded my career into education, running photography groups in schools, leading youth photography projects, and teaching adult community groups. These experiences have allowed me to help people of all ages and backgrounds develop their confidence and skills behind the camera.

My personal photographic style leans towards street and documentary photography — capturing real-life moments and the stories within them. I often travel to new places, seeking fresh perspectives and self-initiated projects to keep my creative process evolving.

As a tutor, my teaching style is relaxed, encouraging, and highly practical. I believe photography is best learned through doing, so I enjoy guiding students out in the field, offering hands-on advice as they shoot. I also provide thoughtful feedback remotely, helping learners refine their work and progress at their own pace. My approach centres on helping each individual discover what truly excites them about photography and building their skills around that passion.

With a broad knowledge of photographic techniques, styles, and creative methods, I aim to inspire others to see the world differently through their lens — developing both technical ability and artistic confidence along the way.
