I am a fluent english speaker who can and will create lessons for any level of english speaker. For a competent speaker I would focus on tense and slang; nuances in language that only a native speaker would understand. For a beginner, I would focus on common phrases and words that would allow most to get around an english speaking country with little difficulty.
