Engaging, adaptive and creative History teacher offering individually tailored support to meet each learners needs.

I am a highly experience teacher with over 18 years in the education sector. I am passionate about my subject, creative and adaptive in my teaching methods. I excel at helping students to build confidence, understand complex ideas, develop key skills and achieve their goals. My classes score above national achievements rates with students achieving or exceeding their target grades. I have high standards for myself and my learners, but am encouraging and adaptive to meet all students individual needs. I strongly believe that with the right support all learners can thrive. I have experience teaching students who are aiming for the highest grades and entry to Russel Group universities. I also work with those who struggled in mainstream education, those that are home educated, and those that have a range of additional SEND and SEMH needs. I love working with leaners to achieve their individual goals.
