Hello! I’m Carlos, a learning facilitator, community educator, and wellbeing practitioner with over 20 years’ experience designing and delivering lessons for adult learners, migrants, and community groups across the UK and Latin America.

My sessions are built around real life. Whether we’re learning digital skills, exploring wellbeing, or discussing integration, my lessons are interactive, practical, and inclusive. I believe that everyone brings something valuable to the room—and I always start by getting to know my learners: their goals, strengths, and barriers.

I use a mix of formats: group discussions, hands-on exercises, digital tools, storytelling, and reflective activities. You might find us using laptops, drawing diagrams, or even sharing personal experiences. I adapt the lesson content based on the needs of each group—whether you’re a beginner or returning to learning after years away.

My aim is to create a safe and welcoming space where you feel listened to, supported, and inspired to grow. I bring not just professional experience, but my lived experience as a migrant and community leader. I’ve worked with local authorities, charities, and the Welsh Government to support individuals through change and learning.
