I am a coach and counsellor specialising in neurodivergent needs. I cover skills for business and personal life.

Having grown up with undiagnosed neurodivergent needs, and having spent 20 years working in journalism, communications and PR in the tech industry, I understand the pressures of life as a neurodivergent person. I want to help people with, or without a diagnosis understand and meet those needs, both in professional and personal spheres. In addition, I am able to offer advice for anyone working in the fields in which I have experience, whether they are neurodivergent or not. My career has spanned a great deal of creative, business and managerial areas, from team building and supervision, to founding and growing a business as a solo entrepreneur.
