Improve your chances of success at GCSE and A level History!

I thought her lessons were excellent! She provided a lot of materials to revise which really helped me get a grasp of the subject (in my case, the Cold War). I also liked how we went through exam papers carefully analysing how I can improve. She showed a genuine interest in helping me succeed and I can’t be thankful enough. Moreover, she has marked exam papers herself which means it gave me an inner insight into how markers think and what they are looking for which is of course very useful to me as a student.

I highly recommend Angela for her exceptional teaching. Throughout my A-Levels, she demonstrated an impressive ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner, making the learning experience enjoyable and engaging. Her passion for the subject was evident, motivating me to excel in my studies. She always provided constructive feedback and personalised guidance, helping me overcome challenges and achieve my academic goals. I am truly grateful for the valuable knowledge and skills she imparted, and I believe she would be an excellent choice for anyone seeking a knowledgeable and dedicated tutor.

Angela has an incredible gift for teaching! Her classes are always well structured and pre planned meaning I would always walk into them knowing I will come out of those learning something. Angela always encourages her students to perform to the best of their abilities and makes sure that she is challenging them whilst creating a pleasant environment for them to learn in. Angela was my teacher for GCSE and A-level history, I am now 26 years old so if I’m coming back to write a review after 10 years she must have been a great teacher! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great tutor.

How does this sound: Angela is the reason I received 94% on my A level History exam, she is an incredibly dedicated and passionate teacher who uses creative methods of teaching to continuously push students to go above what their minimum expectations are. Angela has always been willing to help students struggling outside of teaching time and continuously challenged me to think outside mainstream views which pushed the analysis marks I needed in the exam. She always makes content easy to understand and is always adaptable. Angela is further a great consultant for higher education such as Oxbridge. She has taught me interview techniques and blind exam tactics which I still use today, which helped me in securing a job at Goldman Sachs. Overall, I could not recommend Angela enough. She is a lovely individual who genuinely cares for her students and a great (and very funny) mentor for getting into university, but also later life.
