I am patient and encouraging and I am interested helping students who may struggle a little bit.

I love providing unjudgemental care for students. I used to be Peer Mentor and a Reader Leader in school where I'd help younger students who were struggling with their reading and social skills. I did this by encouraging every small effort and progress they made until eventually they were able to gain confidence in their abilities.
