Finding maths hard is normal, and it's very fixable. I'm a Leicester University Accounting & Finance student with a First in both Year 1 and Year 2, including 90%+ in individual exams. I took A-Level Maths and got a Grade 8 in GCSE Maths, so I know exactly what it takes to do well and where students usually get stuck.
