I am from the UK but I have been teaching in India for four years. Firstly I will see what goals the client has, I will assess their posture and what focus would compliment their needs and constitution. In my classes I will promote mind body connection and we will be using drills between asanas to open up the body. Pranayama will be in all yogasan classes and on occasion we can work to small meditation for centering.
