I have a strong academic foundation in PE, having achieved an A* at A-level, which gives me a solid understanding of both the theoretical and practical elements of the subject. My experience includes assisting with rugby coaching for two years and captaining my club rugby team, demonstrating leadership, communication, and mentoring skills. I’m confident explaining key concepts, motivating students, and supporting practical sessions. I also have experience managing time effectively, working in teams, and applying sports science principles through both academic study and hands-on coaching.
