Advert description
I am a bilingual French and English speaker and a current student at the University of Leeds. I achieved a Grade 8 in GCSE French in Year 10, which reflects my fluency, passion, and natural ability for the language. Growing up in a French-speaking Congolese household has allowed me to use French daily in both conversation and writing, strengthening my confidence and cultural awareness.
For three years, I mentored younger students in French and supported them academically during my time as a Student Leader. This experience helped me develop strong communication, organisation, and leadership skills, as well as the ability to adapt my teaching style to suit different learners and abilities.
I provide lessons for students of all ages from beginners to GCSE level—focusing on pronunciation, grammar, vocabulary, and conversational skills. My lessons are interactive, engaging, and tailored to each learner’s needs and goals. I aim to create a warm and encouraging space where students feel comfortable asking questions and making progress at their own pace.
Learning French should be fun and rewarding — I’m here to help you build confidence, enjoy the process, and reach your full potential! 🇫🇷✨
