Advert description
I'm a Computer Science graduate with First Class Honours who knows that success isn't just about writing good code or passing exams. I've been through the stress of deadlines, job applications, interviews, rejection, and finally landing opportunities, so I understand what students are actually dealing with.
I specialise in Computer Science, helping students with programming, algorithms, databases, software engineering, AI, project work, debugging, and exam preparation. Whether you're completely new to coding or tackling university level modules, I explain difficult concepts in a way that actually makes sense.
My lessons are for anyone who wants to improve. GCSE students, A Level students, university students, career changers, and people teaching themselves are all welcome. If you can ask questions, we can work together.
I also help with the things universities rarely teach. Study techniques that actually work, staying organised, managing deadlines, building confidence, preparing for interviews, writing strong CVs, creating portfolios, and standing out in today's competitive job market. I've been through the graduate recruitment process myself, so I can offer practical advice rather than textbook answers.
My teaching style is relaxed, encouraging, and full of conversation. There are no silly questions. If you're confused, we'll figure it out together. If you're stuck on a bug for three hours, I'll probably celebrate when we finally fix it with you. If your code works first time, we'll both know something suspicious is going on.
The goal isn't just to help you pass your next assignment. It's to help you become a more confident learner who understands how to solve problems independently long after our lessons are over.
