Experienced Biology tutor in all exam boards

My name is Tarek Lewis and I have been tutoring for over 5 years. I have a Masters degree in the study of Viruses and work at the University of Leeds in the Faculty of Biological Sciences department where one of my roles is mentoring undergraduate and masters students in their research projects. I mainly specialise in tutoring Biology as my educational background provides a very in depth knowledge of the subject but I also have tutored many students in GCSE Chemistry as I find a passion for both subjects.

One of my greatest goals in my tutoring experience has been a student of mine who had been struggling with their GCSE Biology and Chemistry and initially came to me with a D in their exams. Over the period of 4 months I can proudly say they achieved an A in both of their end of year examinations. I find I am not only able to help and guide students understand the subject but also spark a passion that I endeavour lasts far after their exams.
