After hours professional educator

I achieved a first class with honours for my Bachelor of Science degree (Queen Mary University of London). I also gained a Master in Science from Pretoria University of South Africa. I thoroughly enjoy teaching and communicating, which is why I entered into professional medical writing. I also write research summaries, news, and feature article for all areas of biology. I have hands-on teaching experience, working as a demonstrator for university lectures and practicals for 6 months at a time while studying at Pretoria University. I have also assisted with workshops at Queen Mary University, receiving excellent feedback on my communication skills. I also took a voluntary position as Education Lead for the Science Innovation Union during my time at Queen Mary University. This role allowed me to curate education events for the life sciences, host events, and interview panels comprising top-tier researchers.
