I believe in learning the things which is the requirement of the day. the world is up to date now, everyone keeps an pace with the updated knowledge in the field of biological sciences. i engage my students to be the part of active learning by asking probing questions. i am in believe that questionaing make my student more confident and for me its a pleasuring monet to answer all the queries of student as it also improves my skills and knowlwdge. i also engage my student in presentations, that actually leads to new ideas, more creativity and analytical skills.
