Experienced English & Early Years Teacher | 14+ Years of Teaching Experience

I am an experienced English and Early Years educator with over 14 years of teaching experience across Early Years and Primary education. I hold professional training in Montessori education and have extensive experience supporting children at different stages of their development. My strengths include building strong relationships with learners, developing communication and language skills, teaching phonics and reading, and creating positive learning environments where children feel confident and motivated.
My teaching approach is warm, patient, engaging and child-centred. I begin by getting to know each learner and understanding their individual abilities, interests and learning needs. I then tailor lessons using conversation, stories, rhymes, phonics activities, quizzes, practical activities and age-appropriate educational resources.
I also have experience using Google Meet, Google Classroom and Microsoft Teams for online learning. I communicate effectively with parents and provide feedback on learners’ progress. My goal is to make learning enjoyable while helping every child build confidence and strong foundations for lifelong learning.
