Christian Chukwuzitere

I am a classroom teacher of English Language with the Lagos State Ministry of Education, with thirteen years teaching experience, and I am also an English Language examiner with the West African Examination Council ( WAEC ), with over seven years marking experience. I am also experienced in preparing international candidates for international exams like SAT, and RUAE.

I am dynamic in my teaching methods. Since people are different in diverse areas, I look for methods that fit learners differently. I am also experienced in online tutoring, with three years of online tutoring. I am versatile with the use of online teaching platforms, such as Zoom, and Google meet. With these platforms, I have been able to engage students from different parts of the world from the comfort of my home. This shows that I am not ready to be left behind in this evolving teaching world. I still seek to improve myself in order to be relevant on this teaching job.

I am a graduate of English Language and Literature, from the Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka, Nigeria, who enjoys teaching. I am also currently running a 168-Hour level-5 teaching course with TEFL( Teaching English As A Foreign Language), as a testament to the fact that I am ready to continue to improve myself to becoming a better teacher, in order to improve my service delivery at all times. Teaching had always been a passion for me and having the opportunity to practice it has given me a sense of fulfilment .
