I have been successfully teaching for more than 30 years.
I have a degree in Geography, Applied Science and Sociology and a post graduate certificate in education and have QTS and current DBS.
I have taught in primary, secondary and further education schools.
I have experience of accurately assessing SEN and G & T students.
I have proven exam successes at KS2,3, 4 and 5 with 99.9% pass rate recorded.
Extensive teaching experience in the sciences, humanities and the arts.
Passionate about education as a means of developing the whole person.

Providing students with the tools to succeed in life therefore, is as much about passion as it is about reason. It is about not only motivating students to learn, but teaching them how to learn, and doing so in a manner that is relevant, meaningful, and memorable to them. It is about caring for your craft, having a passion for it, and conveying that passion to everyone, most importantly to the students. I believe that education is not about attempting to fill empty vessels, it is about igniting sparks in young minds and providing students with the tools to succeed in life.
