Fully qualified History teacher, writer and avid reader

Hello lovelies, I'm Chelcie a fully qualified history teacher, avid reader, writer and mother of 3 children. History is my true passion, and I am committed to crafting lessons that are thoroughly researched and tailored to meet the unique needs of each student.

I earned my PGCE and QTS status in 2020, achieving a distinction through the Schools Direct program in Durham. Over the past five years, I have been raising my three young children while working from home as a part-time tutor. In the past year, I have relocated to the picturesque county of Devon but I am eager to return to a fulfilling career and dedicate my time to tutoring in history, geography and English. Additionally, I have been navigating my own special educational needs (SEN) journey with my son, who has additional needs with an Autism diagnosis.
