Students who are willing to learn and want to see an improvement to their performance

I will get to know the student by asking them questions and ask them for areas they find difficult in the subject. This makes my approach personalised to each student. I will make my lessons engaging. I will record areas where they have underperformed so we can revisit them and improve the performance next time.
