Teaching mathematics from more then 1 angle

Good day, where ever you are. I am Thomas

I have been teaching/ coaching and tutoring now for 14 years.

I enjoy developing strategies for better learning experience, address difficulties head on, assisting in puzzles in the learners homework, evaluating progress, providing encouragement to a student and ensuring the learner has a great experience and understand in the real world why the skills are required and when they are used.

On a daily basis I am;
Imparting knowledge.
Providing resources.
Understanding the curriculum.
Making learning a fun and engaging experience.
Encouraging students.
Acting as a role model.
Setting performance goals and tracking improvements.

Adapt to diversity effectively and always be ready to manage changes within the work setting to suit the needs learners and others. Be passionate about making maths an environment where learning about the outside world, biology and the human body is the norm whilst working towards the target goals of that level. I aim to Inspire students to achieve better results enthusiastically.

Pursue personal development by having strong understanding of the concepts they teaching methods, and intentionally in developing their knowledge, monitor personal performance to identify improvement areas in their delivery.
Promote curiosity and create opportunity to help students see learning as fun and engaging. They design creative and entertaining lesson plans to assist in students' assimilation and promote a sense of curiosity.

If the learner was lets say, very interested in football and struggled with calculating the Mean, drawing graphs and probability. All questions would be shaped around their current interested and their work aspirations.
