I am a counsellor and work in a college/university. I provide training in mental health first aid also.

I provide online triage and counselling daily. I help students work through their anxieties and trauma and provide a safe and confidential space for them. This helps them to be able to calm and ground themselves which is needed for efficient learning. I would like to learn coaching to be able to teach remotely.
