I have a masters degree in applied psychology and and a certified cognitive behaviour therapist.
Currently I provide Online Therapy to Adolescents and adults who may find it difficult to make time for physical sessions.
I also conduct workshops and trainings for various groups in both psychology related and mental health awareness related topics.
