I passed the English Language GCE exam at grammar school in the 1950's. Since then, after a RAF Advanced Electronics Course, (HNC equivalent), and a government Communications Instructor's course, I have worked in almost fifty different countries in Europe, the Middle East, the Far East, Africa, North and Central America.
I taught electronics in Nigeria, Saudi Arabia, and Oman and had the satisfaction of seeing former students rise to senior positions in the oil industry and military. I believe my extensive experience overseas would stand me in good stead as an English language teacher.
