Hi, I’m Nilosan Santhakumaran, an experienced tutor specialising in GCSE Maths and A-Level Economics, with over 7 years of tutoring experience.
I achieved top grades (8s and 9s) at GCSE, went on to study A-Level Maths, and later completed my Economics degree at the University of Nottingham. Having gone through the UK education system myself, I understand exactly what exam boards are looking for and how to help students maximise their marks.
Over the years, I’ve worked with a wide range of students — from those struggling to pass, to high achievers aiming for grades 7–9 — and I tailor each lesson to suit the individual. My teaching focuses heavily on exam technique, building confidence, and breaking down difficult topics into simple, manageable steps.
