I’m an experienced English Functional Skills tutor delivering Entry Level to Level 2. I support a wide range of learners, including home-educated students and those returning to study, helping them build both skills and confidence.
My approach is friendly, patient and fully tailored to the individual. I adapt lessons to suit different learning styles and needs — whether that means breaking topics down step-by-step, focusing on SPaG fundamentals, developing reading and writing techniques, or strengthening exam skills.
Above all, I create a supportive space where learners feel comfortable asking questions and growing in confidence. My goal is not just exam success, but helping students feel capable using English in everyday life.
