I share 15 years of Yoga teaching experience with over 500 hours of Yoga teacher certification.
All sessions are somatically rooted, gentle and restorative. The focus is on guiding the body to release tension and stress in the body and mind to calm the nervous system, and restore ease of movement.
My sessions are designed for modern bodies — those shaped by sitting, screens, stress, injury, or fatigue.
Rather than forcing flexibility or striving for performance, I guide students toward our inner peace, and allowing the body to unwind naturally.
My approach is trauma-aware, inclusive, and suitable for beginners, those returning to movement after injury, and anyone feeling tense, overwhelmed, or disconnected from their body.
Students often come to me seeking “stretching” and leave with something deeper: a sense of calm, relief, and renewed trust in their body.
I am the author of The Soma Awakens. Reclaiming the body's inner intelligence through somatic wisdom.
