Multi-certified English tutor to a wide range of ages and cultures

I am a passionate and dedicated English teacher with a strong background in education, performance, and coaching. My journey into teaching began with a love for communication and cultural exchange, which I’ve developed through both my academic background and international teaching experiences. I hold a Trinity CertTESOL qualification and a Postgraduate Certificate in Education, and I have taught a wide range of learners—from young children to adults—across Europe.

Since 2022, I have been based in Barcelona, working as an EFL teacher. This role has given me the opportunity to teach English in various contexts and to learners of different nationalities and age groups, including exam preparation for C1-level students. Prior to this, I spent four years as a full-time English and Drama teacher in the UK, where I led the GCSE Drama curriculum and designed cross-disciplinary learning materials that supported both English and Drama subjects. My creative and inclusive approach to education is rooted in my academic training in Theatre and Performance Studies, allowing me to engage students with innovative, interactive lessons.

Beyond the classroom, I have a deep commitment to personal development and community involvement. I am a qualified athletics coach and an active member of the local running community in Barcelona, where I coach competitive youth athletes. This experience has enhanced my leadership, motivational, and communication skills, which I bring into my teaching practice.
