I don’t believe that struggling with maths means you “can’t do maths”. Sometimes it simply hasn’t been explained in a way that works for you yet. I adapt the explanation, pace and approach until we find what makes sense - then we practise it until you can do it independently.
Maths is universal, but the way we learn it is individual.
