Formerly a board director with 25 years corporate experience, I help individuals transition from manager to leader.

I offer a six session programme delivered one to one via zoom to help build the basic skills that differentiate between manager and leader including stakeholder management, line management, networking, communication, presentation skills and more. Each session is one hour, and gives you the chance to practice new skills with support between sessions. What made you a great manager won't make you a great leader, so learning from someone with experience is a great way to bridge the gap. I've worked in multiple large organisations across many departments and functions, so I'm well placed to help.
