I am a qualified learning and development professional who is a certified coach, I have been coaching for over 10 years through my managerial career and recently became a mental health first aider. My coaching style is simple and easy for anyone who just wants to talk- it doesn't need to be something specific but I will guide you through a professional model to support you. I will also be able to give you tools and resources on an ongoing basis. The rules are simple- you make them and I stick to them. This is your space to safely talk and discuss anything you want to.
