Math and Chemistry graduate working on a PhD in cancer research. Looking for a tutoring role in these subjects

I prefer to teach maths by demonstration so that the learner can learn first hand how to tackle a difficult problem and how to think like an effective problem solver. In addition I would also like to use assisting tools to make learning maths more interactive, especially to an audience of learners who often find maths repetitive and uninteresting. I believe that the current method of teaching maths is countereffective as it undermines the true spirit of mathematics which is to stimulate thinking and creativity at all levels of learners and to provide them with a gateway to explore more about the logical way of thinking and the language of the natural world. I have taught maths at all levels from primary school to university, either as a teaching assistant or as a tutor for my friends. Hopefully I will help you discover your love for maths and maximize your potential in the subject.
