Legal professional providing lessons in commercial law to students that need help

I hold undergraduate and postgraduate qualifications in English law, have been called to the Bar of England and Wales, and am currently pursuing an LL.M. in Technology Law at the University of Glasgow.

Alongside over a decade of experience as a corporate and commercial legal consultant, I have prior teaching experience with the University of London External Programme in Dhaka, Bangladesh, where I tutored undergraduate students. This role allowed me to develop a clear and practical teaching style, helping students engage with complex legal concepts while maintaining academic rigor.
