I am a qualified university English teacher with over 20 years of experience in both higher education and private tutoring.

During my career, I have taught at university, secondary school, in private groups for very young children, and in private lessons, with a focus on young adults of all levels. I specialise in English grammar, everyday communication, academic and practical writing, and exam/test preparation. My aim is to build confidence in my students to use English for their personal goals, whether they need to be successful in passing an exam or in work communication. Every student learns differently, so I design personalized lesson plans even when following a prescribed curriculum. I also focus a lot on creating a friendly and fun environment for learning.
