Teaching is a craft that is attained over the years. I have had the pleasure of teaching for five years and within that period I have identified my strengths which focus on strong communication, empathy, and adaptability, while in the other hand my common weaknesses involve managing lesson pacing, technology integration, and maintaining work-life balance which can be a bit complex at some times.
